THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kosima Njagi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.025 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Ngariama/Lower Ngariama/3571, and whereas the Court at Wang'uru in succession cause No. 5 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Ann Wambura Njagi (ID/11698315) and (2) Regina Kuthii Njagi (ID/2918644), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land certificate and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, 1 intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the (1) Ann Wambura Njagi (ID/11698315) and (2) Regina Kuthii Njagi (ID/2918644), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kosima Njagi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
