APPLICATION FOR LICENCES
NOTICE is given that the following applicants have, pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998, made applications to the Communications Authority of Kenya for grant of the licences as shown in the Table below:
The said representation and/or objection must be filed on or before expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and a copy of the same be forwarded to the applicants.

2.4 Communication and Publicity Sub-Committee
The sub-committee ensured that issues related to communication and updating the public were carried out. The team prepared and produced the swearing-in ceremony program, engaged the print and TV/Radio media. The event was cover live on TV and radio.
3.0 Swearing-In Ceremony
The swearing-in ceremony took place on 25th August, 2022 at
Bomet Green Stadium being the first Thursday of the tenth day following the declaration of the final results of the election of the
County Governor by I.E.B.C., the oath of office was administered by
Hon Justice Gikonyo and assisted by Hon Lillian Kiniale, Principal
Magistrate Bomet Law Courts. In addition, the incoming Governor H.
E. Hon. Prof. Hillary Barchok signed the inauguration certificate and the commitment to the leadership and integrity within stipulated time by the act. The Deputy Governor, H. E. Hon. Shadrack D. Rotich took the oath of office.
The ceremony was attended by an estimate of five thousand
(5,000) members of the public, among them were member of parliament, members of the county assembly, national and county government officials, members of the judiciary, renowned sports men and women, business leaders, religious leaders and council of elders.

(c) list of all bank account and reconciled balances;
(d) a report of staff establishment per department;
(e) a comprehensive report on the county entities or corporation and agencies containing information outlined in (1) to (iv);
(f) a report of all ongoing projects including donor funded projects;
(g) all pending legal cases; and
(h) county source of funding.
The County Government, County Assembly, Judiciary, National
Government and the Governor-elect nominees co-operated and coordinated a successful inauguration of the governor and connected purposes.
