NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1497, in Volume DI, Folio 415/4111, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Bill Mwasaru Manyatta, of P.O. Box 20- 80366, Taita Taveta in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bonaventure Mwasaru Manyatta, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bonaventure Mwasaru Manyatta, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bill Mwasaru Manyatta, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Bill Mwasaru Manyatta only.
