Box 2575- 60100, Embu in the,Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ashington Nyaga alias Ashington Fredrick Nyaga alias Ashington Ndambuki alias Eston Nyaga, formally and absolutely renouneed,and abandoned the use of his former name Ashington Nyaga alias Ashington Fredrick Nyaga alias Ashington Ndambuki alias Eston Nyaga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ishiban Mugo Nyaga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name Ishiban Mugo Nyaga only.
