NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th October, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 332, in Volume DI, Folio 381/3766, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Catherine Adhiambo Odaga, of P.O. Box 23312-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Catherine Adhiambo Oloo Odaga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Catherine Adhiambo Oloo Odaga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Catherine Adhiambo Odaga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Catherine Adhiambo Odaga only.
