TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E139 OF 2022 By (1) Eunice Wanjiru Nyoro and (2) Susan Njeri Nyoro, both of P.O. Box 6010-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nyoro Muiruri, who died at Kiairia, Githunguri, on 17th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
