TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E12 OF 2022 By Januarius Kipkemboi Birgen, of P.O. Box 57-30302, Lessos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono arap Birgen, late of Emdin, who died on 3rd July, 2004. By Daniel Kiprono Bartai, of P.O. Box 90, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiprono Bartai, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
