TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E600 OF 2022 By Miriam Muthoni Kariuki, of P.O. Box 1, Kiambogo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Huron Muhoro Kigoro alias Hurron Muhoro Kigoro, who died at Kiambogo, on 6th April, 2010. CAUSE No. E814 OF 2022 By (1) Lucy Nyambura Miringu and (2) Shadrack Murimi Miringo, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miringu Kugi alias Miring'u Kugi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 19th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
