TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: By Fredrick Odhiambo Amondi, of P.O. Box 2229-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Judith Orwa Owuor, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 9th August, 2003. CAUSE No. E768 OF 2022 By Lorraine Awino Ouko, of P.O. Box 28853-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Aluoch Oyoo, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
