TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E631 OF 2022 By Kennedy Andrew Shitakhwa, of P.O. Box 648, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Shitakwa Masabiru alias TomasShitakwa Masabiru, who died at Mukango Sub-lcation, on 27th March, 1997. CAUSE No. E683 OF 2022 By Cyrilla Munyendo Atieno, of P.O. Box 104, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Munyendo Shikuri alias Buruno Munyendo alias Patrick Bruno Munyendo Shikuri, who died at Doctors Plaza, Kakamega, on 19th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
