TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E257 OF 2022 By Mary Wambui Kihiu, of P.O. Box 49, Gituamba in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kihiu Kabiru, who died at Maria-ini Sub-location, on 19th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this not;^e in the Kenya Gazette.
