CAUSE No. E250 OE 2022 By (1) Gadys Vuhya Kavai and (2) Elvis Kilumbe Dunde, both of P.O. Box 50, Matunda in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Omenda Dunde, who died at Matunda, on 8th March, 2021. CAUSE No. E297 OF 2022 By (1) Maria Eva Ofwona and (2) Lisa Lena Ofwona, both of P.O. Box 1795-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Catherine Ofwona, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
