TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 87 OF 2022 By Rebecca Mbaire Kibui, of P.O. Box 108-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Kibui Muhia, who died at Kiambu, on 26th June, 2019. CAUSE No. 91 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Mumbi Njoroge and (2) Isaac Mwangi Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 400-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Njoroge Macharia, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary' and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
