TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E62 OF 2021 By Achesa Kenneth Juma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Ndakwa wa Achesa, who died on 1st June, 1998. CAUSE No. E76 OF 2021 By (1) Patrick Mutange and (2) Joy Saliku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeah Lidambitsa Lugali, who died on 4th March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
