TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E191 OF 2022 By Stephen Obare Obiero, of P.O. Box 9-40607, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agastus Odipo Ogutu, who died at Karadolo West Sub- location, on 19th July, 2016. CAUSE No. 276 OF 2022 By (1) Lucas Okoth Ongak, (2) Margaret Alowo Obonyo and (3) Eunice Akinyi Onyango, all of P.O. Box 19, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongak Wendo, who died at Karadolo West Sub-location, on 5th May, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
