TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2022 By (1) Habib Ebrahim Habib Makii, (2) Mohamed Sadik, (3) Hamida Ebrahim Habib Makii and (4) Jamila Ibrahim Habib Makii, the deceased's sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Ibrahim alias Fatma Sheik Hassan, who died at Nairobi, on 9th August, 2022.
