TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2022 By Beatrice Wangari Wachira, of P.O. Box 947–10200, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey King’uru Wachira, late of Gitumbi Sub-location, Kirinyaga, who died at Gitumbi, on 8th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
