TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2022 By (1) Chelagat Maritim, (2) Cornelius Kipkemoi Maritim, (3) Sebastian Maritim Maina and (4) Jane Cherotich Maina, the deceased’s widow, sons and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. arap Mitei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Martima Maina alias Joseph Maritim Maina, who died at District Hospital, Uasin Gishu in Kenya, on 28th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E626 OF 2022 By Jackson Kiplagat Kibutit, of P.O. Box 1110, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptanui arap Ruto alias Kaptanui Ruto, late of Nakuru, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
