CAUSE NO. E619 OF 2022 By Erick Oyier Omondi, of P.O. Box 54–40131, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Oyier Matika, who died at Lower Kadongo, on 10th November, 2004. CAUSE NO. E650 OF 2022 By Gyvirah Obumbi Owuor alias Jevira Obumbi Ominde, of P.O. Box 18, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serfina Kamire Ominde, who died at Upper Bwanda, on 5th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. E684 OF 2022 By (1) Caroline Akinyi Otieno and (2) Pamela Anyango Kidha, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danish Otieno Weda Agalloh, who died on 7th July, 2020.
