TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E519 OF 2022 By Alice Moragwa Ogetii, of P.O. Box 895–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Kirera Ongori, who died at Kondele, Kisumu, on 10th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E607 OF 2022 By (1) Nickodemus Owiti Okech and (2) Rose Atieno Nyambok, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suslia Nyambok, who died at Ojolla, on 4th December, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
