TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2022 By (1) Carolyne Akumu Wamunyolo (ID/21989793) and (2) Chrispinus Obilo Makhandia, both of P.O. 41622-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Sitati Makhandia, who died at Nightingale M/C Khasoko, on 29th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. 282 OF 2022 By Carolyne Nekesa Wekesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Wekesa Wasike, who died at Kibingei, on 8th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
