Box 106, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Kithela M’Itabari, who died at St. Theresa Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 16th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2022 By (1) Cicilia Kendi and (2) Fredrick Mutwiri Kimathi, both of P.O. Box 68, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Kimathi Muturi, who died at Kathima, on 11th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2022 By Francis Mugaa M’Echengi, of P.O. Box 149, Maua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stella Ngugi Mugaa, who died at Nyambene Clinical Services, on 6th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
