CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2014 By (1) William Wambua Mulumba and (2) Daniel Kitaka Mulumba, both of P.O. Box 116, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mulumba Kitaka, who died on 8th January, 2002. CAUSE NO. E635 OF 2022 By Nthambi Mbithi, of P.O. Box 26–90300, Nziu, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutuku Mweu, who died at Kiambu. CAUSE NO. E638 OF 2022 By Rose Mukonyo Kimeu, of P.O. Box 44–90302, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roy Nthusi Nzoka, who died on 25th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
