CAUSE NO. 346 OF 2022 By Ada Adek Aluoch, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Otieno Aluoch alias Alwoch Wawsa, who died at Kamreri Sub-location, on 5th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. 347 OF 2022 By Lucia Aloo Abonyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnikus Obonyo Ongondo alias Domnicus Obonyo Ongondo, who died at Kwa Location, on 6th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. 348 OF 2022 By Joseph Chacha Mwita, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Mabochi Nyamoseti, who died at Nyabasi West Location, on 1st July, 2009. CAUSE NO. 349 OF 2022 By Richard Ongoro Gwako, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gwako Achila alias Daniel Gwako Achila, who died at South West Kamagambo Location, on 10th December, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
