Box 846, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Padius Akede Otieno, who died at Suna North Location, on 1st April, 2010. CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2022 By Moses Otieno Ngeta, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Nyandege Osore alias Harrison Nyandege, who died on 30th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2022 By Moses Otieno Ngeta, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opela Osore, who died on 12th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
