TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 231 OF 2022 By (1) Mirriam Jeruto and (2) Duncan K. Kiptoo, both of P.O. Box 1958, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Chebii, late of Ainobkoi, who died there on 23rd May, 2019. CAUSE NO. 322 OF 2022 By Monica Jeptoo, of P.O. Box 2313–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Koech Lelei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai Rugut, late of Kapsang Location, who died there on 26th April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
