TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E380 OF 2021 By Ernest Angosi Kiverenge, of P.O. Box 894, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kiberenge, who died on 16th September, 1990. CAUSE NO. E339 OF 2022 By Ludiah Jemutai, of P.O. Box 213, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeli arap Chepkelat alias Kimeli A. Chepkelat, who died on 24th January, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
