TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E301 OF 2022 By (1) Linet Kerubo Maobe and (2) Jackline Moraa Nyaata, the deceased’s widow and aunt, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Nyambasora Maobe, who died at Kenyatta Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E419 OF 2022 By Grace Kemunto Ogutu, of P.O. Box 16, Gesima in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Bikondo Oisebe, who died on 5th July, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
