TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E420 OF 2022 By (1) Sipora Nyaboke Ndege and (2) Josephine Kerubo Ndege, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyugi Isosa, who died at Bogiakumu Location, on 28th August, 1978. CAUSE NO. 444 OF 2022 By Rosa Moraa Onkundi, of P.O. Box 858−40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onkundi Otimi, who died on 15th September, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
