Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kemunto Mogocho, who died at Machoge Chache Location, on 1st July, 1991. CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2022 By John Otwori Omaticha, of P.O. Box 973, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Maticha Kerosi, who died at Sengera Location, on 10th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. 143 OF 2022 By Justus Ontiri Keriga, of P.O. Box 2−40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Keriga Ong’au alias Keriga Ong’au, who died at Tendere Location, on 25th April, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
