TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 271 OF 2022 By (1) Pius Martin Ooko, (2) Benard Amoth Oduor and (3) Patrick Martin Achieng F. Odwor, all of P.O. Box 289, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Oduor Ojwang’ alias Oduor Ojwang’, who died at Masat East Sub-location, on 15th May, 1983. CAUSE NO. 298 OF 2022 By Mary Atieno Siero, of P.O. Box 4, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Protas Siero Okelo alias Okelo Protas Siero, who died on 3rd August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
