TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2022 By Doris Adhiambo Akoko, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrice Adongo Arach alias Patrice Adongo, who died on 8th April, 1973. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2022 By Jenifer Aoko Arum, of P.O. Box 307–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Arum Nyamori, who died at Nyalunya Sub-location, on 30th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
