Box 96, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obonyo Ogola, who died on 11th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2022 By (1) Jared Ochieng Olela and (2) Joshua Odhiambo Olela, both of P.O. Box 78, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Olela s/o Omolo alias Olela Omolo, who died at West Kanyamamba Sub-location, on 10th May, 1985. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2022 By Samson Ouma Oniala, of P.O. Box 28, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okoth Ogoro alias Okoth Ongoro, who died at Kadera Kwoyo Sub-location, on 9th April, 2009. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Anyango Odida and (2) Eunice Nyaboke Okungu, both of P.O. Box 28, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Liander Okungu Ating’a alias Liender Okungu Atinga, who died at Kadera Lwala Sub-location, on 11th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Anyango Odida and (2) Eunice Nyaboke Okungu, both of P.O. Box 28, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Nyadieto, who died at Kadera Lwala Sub-location, on 20th October, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
