E442 OF 2022 By (1) Teresia Achieng Sewe and (2) Clement Otieno Sewe, the deceased’s sister and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Gabriel Oblidho Opondo, who died at Bondo, on 23rd August, 1985. CAUSE NO. E443 OF 2022 By Dolrosa Nyambok Swaga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Donart Swaga Apamo alias Swaga Apamo, who died at Bondo, on 26th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E445 OF 2022 By Zakayo Ochieng Konya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Konya Wera Ongoro, who died at Bondo, on 5th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. E446 OF 2022 By (1) Agneta Anyango Okumu, (2) Benta Anyango Otiwu, (3) Dorca Atieno Mboga and (4) Josfina Opiyo Jaoko, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Jane Onyimbo Opiyo alias Mrs. Onyimbo Opiyo, who died at Abom, on 23rd December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
