Box 67, Roret, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiptalam Baretiet, who died at Mabasi on 11th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2022 By Joseph Kipngetich Rono, of P. O. Box 31, Roret, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Mausa, who died at Monoru on 10th May, 1982. CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2022 By Yegon Gilbert Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 61, Roret, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Kipkemoi arap Tonui, who died on 10th September, 2010. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2022 By (1) Philip Kipyegon Korir and (2) Denis Kiprono Koech, both of P.O. Box 317 Sotik, the deceased’s son and grandchild, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapsabei Anselin Ruto, who died on 4th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2022 By (1) Fredrick Rono Sosion and (2) Japhet Kipkemoi Rono, both of P.O. Box 61, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoske arap Sosion, who died on 5th May, 2021.
