TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2022 By Dennis Paul O. Manoti, of P.O. Box 650−40202, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathalinah Minzari Manoti, who died at Kenyatta Teaching and Refferal Hospital in Kenya, on 7th may, 2017. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2022 By Jackson Patrice Mose, of P.O. Box 650−40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makuri Makuri, who died at Ekware Sub-location, on 10th February, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
