TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2022 By Rose Mutwa Mutisya, of P.O. Box 21–90402, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Mutisya Tama alias Joel Ivuti Tama, who died at Muthale Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2022 By Josphat Muthui Muthangya, of P.O. Box 190–90402, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthangya Ngito Kyano, who died at Nzatani Sub-location, on 3rd January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
