TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Eliud Kihiko Wanjeri, of P.O. Box 104−80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mirriam Wanjeri Kihiko alias Mirriam Wanjeri Kihigo, who died at Mpeketoni, on 27th March, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
