APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (h) of the National Health Insurance Fund Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretations and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints – Andrew Mugambi, Jason Kap-kirwok, as members of the National Health Insurance Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd December, 2022.
