IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 125 (1) of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Forestry appoints— Under paragraph (c)— Mohammed Balala Under paragraph (d)— Andrew Bahati Mwamuye Waithaka Ngaruiya to be members of the National Environment Tribunal, for a period of six (6) months, with effect from the 20th October, 2022.
