THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muthui Maithya Nzonzo (deceased), of P.O. Box10, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.98 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kyangwithya/Misewani/1649, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kitui in succession cause No. E85 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Raphael Muthoka Muthui, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Muthui Maithya Nzonzo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with registration of the said instrument R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue land title deed to Raphael Muthoka Muthui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muthui Maithya Nzonzo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
