WHEREAS Willy Wesonga Sidwaka, of P.O. Box 5305-00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Busia, registered under title No. Bukhayo/Bugengt,1195, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show tha the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that ..titer the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been recciv, within that period. Dated the 13th January, 2023.
