THAT the Preservation Order shall be for a period of ninety (90) days as provided in section 84 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti- Money Laundering Act. 4. THAT the orders be served upon the Respondents within 14 days of today’s date. 5. THAT there be a mention on 3rd April, 2023. It is so ordered.
