THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anthony Xavier Claudino Pereira, as administrator of the estate of Agapito Esperance Socorro Pereira, of P.O. Box 251- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.058 acre or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Mainland South/Block 1/335, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land has been lost/mispaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening, the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect. Dated the 13th January, 2023.
