GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15964
IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months from the date of publication of this notice, I intend to apply to the Chief Justice for leave to destroy the records, books and papaers of the Employment and Labour
Relations Court at Nairobi as set below:
Claim/Cause Proceedings in the Years 1964–2000
Any person desiring the return of any exhibit in any of the above cases must make good his/her claim before the 14th March, 2023.
All exhibits to which no claim is sustained as above will be liable to be destroyed.
