REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Said Aweys Noor and (2) Sihan Jeylani Sayid Kullateni, both of P.O. 42277–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Mwembelegeza/1169, situate in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
