THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Gitahi Kanga (ID/2299209), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.3725 hectare or thereabouts, known as Laikipia Ngobit Supuko Block 4/1554 (Waichakehiri), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed and reconstruct the lost land register (green card) as provided under the provisions of section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
