THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kingori Njagi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.605 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Chinga/Kagongo/893, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Othaya in succession cause No. E153 of 2021, has issued grant of letters intestate to David Mathenge King’ori as administrator and beneficiaries are (1) Muthoni Gitahi Njagi, (2) Kelvin Kingori Mathenge and (3) Michael Gitahi Njagi, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost and cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in favour of the said David Mathenge King’ori as administrator and beneficiaries are (1) Muthoni Gitahi Njagi, (2) Kelvin Kingori Mathenge and (3) Michael Gitahi Njagi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kingori Njagi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
