REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jonathan Ngewa Kitolo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.89 hectare or thereabouts, 6th January, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Kakuzi Gituamba/Block 1 (Mavoloni)/459, and whereas the High Court at Machakos in succession cause No. 146 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Fredrick Kimeu Ngewa, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the Fredrick Kimeu Ngewa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jonathan Ngewa Kitolo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
