REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Maina Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or 18 18 thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei North/4818, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas in the High Court at Nairobi in succession Cause No. 1938 of 2009, has issued grant in favour of (1) Loise Nduta Karanja and (2) Mary Wanjiku Karanja to be registered as administrators, and the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in favour of the administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Maina Ndungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
